Happy Thanksgiving

I know today is a day of giving thanks and of gathering family and friends around us.  But please remember those who are not able to spend time with loved ones.  I do know this first hand as my hubby is deployed right now.  I would give nothing more than to just reach out and hug him.  I know that many other families are going through the same thing.  So on a day we give thanks let us remember our military (past and present) and others who are a apart from loved ones.

Let us look back and remember what we hold dear, family and friends who enrich our lives.  And most of all let us count our blessing.  I truly believe each one of us is blessed and will continue to be.

I wish everyone who is celebrating Thanksgiving today a blessed day full of laughter, love, hugs, family, friends, joy, happiness and football (we love it here).  And I hope that if you can’t see your loved ones that you get a call, skype and get to talk to them.

Blessings to all

    • I love lavender scones. I had a hard time coming up with a name. A good friend of mine came up with it and I fell in love with it. Thank you for stopping by 😮
